Complete Your 1-2-1 Assessment
Before joining group sessions, you’ll complete an initial 1-2-1 assessment. We’ll review movement, discuss any injuries, and make sure you feel confident and clear on how everything works.

No. Everything is coached and scaled to your level. You'll begin with an assessment so we meet you where you're at and progress you at a pace suitable to yourself.
We run our personal training sessions with a maximum of 4 people, this ensures every client gets the attention they need. Our conditioning classes are between 8 and 12 people, depending on the class.
Nope. If you decide to continue after the 6 weeks, which most people do, then all we ask is 30 days notice to cancel your membership.
After completion of our 6 week kickstart, the membership is £159.00/month which includes; 8 x Personal Training Sessions, 12 x Conditioning Classes & Open Access to the gym outside of coached sessions.
We're located at 152 Nelson Road, behind Raymond's Coffee Shop. With ample parking, multiple bus routes and a direct line into the city from Whitton Station.
